Mountain Edge is available for event rental, May through the beginning of October weather permitting. In all honesty May and October are extremely unpredictable for weather. It’s the PNW. Peak Season pricing. My pricing stays consistent, and we can create together customized packages to maximize your budget and reduce juggling multiple contracts.
2022 Season (June, July, August, & September, most weather predictable)

Rental Period: 12-hour rental for your day. 10:00AM – 10:00PM (this is inclusive of your set up time)
Includes 1 hour prearranged rehearsal
Additional hours: $125.00 per hour
Rehearsal dinners: can be hosted in conjunction with your rehearsal for an additional fee that Thursday or Friday prior to your event date. Tables, chairs, staff, and basic linens will be included and set for you. 2 hours= $295.00 (you provide food, or we can make arrangement referrals)
Hours: Last call and last dance is suggested on or before 9:30 PM with approximately 1/2 hour for sendoff, packing up/loading and vendor exit by 10:00pm. You will check out with site manager before you leave, making sure that you have everything.
Reservations: $1,500 non-refundable reservation fee, applied to balance of contract. Balance due 60 days prior to event date. Event insurance is required and additional fees if alcohol is served. Due 30 days before event date. Upon receipt and clearance of your deposit, your day will be confirmed.
Guest Count: For events that are over 150 guests an additional facility fee may be added. Additional fees discussed and calculated at time of contract.
Rental Includes: Use of approx. 40’ x 60’ white tent, 60” round tables, and chairs to accommodate up to 150 guests. Additional guests will be an additional fee. Rectangle tables for buffet food area, gifts sign in, desserts, 4 high top cocktail tables + 2 small. Ceremony site, reception site, onsite parking, use of a large suite for you and your wedding party to get ready that includes: a private bathroom, full length mirror, steamer, garment rack, makeup and hair station areas, complimentary water station, tables set for you to bring food. Also, a separate ready quarter for the other half of your wedding party that is fully contained with bathroom and counters for food to be brought, and a small refrigerator that can be used, garment rack and mirror.

Ask about extras: Renting the extras can save you dollars on items you purchase and use once and never get the return on your investment back. It can also cut down on multiple contracts with outside vendors. So, we help with those common items such as: Base linens in ivory, white and black. French Oak Wine barrels. Overlays, cloth napkins, votives, table numbers, Sheppard hooks, lanterns. Simple floral design. Fabric draping. We also have planning and design on staff. So helpful.
