WHEN CAN I COME SEE THE VENUE?
Venue showings are by appointment only. Both weekday and weekend showings available. Call 206-501-8817 or email info@mountainedge.net to schedule a showing.
WILL THE DATE I INQUIRED ABOUT BE HELD FOR ME?
We only hold dates for contracts that are out for review. If you request a contract, it will be emailed to you for review, and this will hold the venue for 48 hours. At the end of the 48 hours a signed contract and deposit is required, or the date will be released back to the public.
HOW DO I BOOK A DATE?
In order to book a date, we require a deposit of $1500.00 and a signed contract.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Deposits are non-refundable.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITHIN THE RENTAL FEE?
We have 16 - 60” round tables 4- 6’ rectangle tables
150 white padded folding chairs. 4- full size French white oak wine barrels.
Bridal suite with private bathroom. Men’s ready area.
DO YOU HAVE LINENS? FEES APPLY
We do have some standard table clothes in, white, ivory, black. Cloth napkins, overlays and chair sashes are available also. A small inventory of candle votives and vases, white arbor, white frame for hanging a large sign. Our design staff will be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY LINENS FOR THE TABLES?
If we do not provide or place linens, they need to be rented and a day of contact would need to arrange them with your décor.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL HOURS?
The rental is 10 hours. This included your setup and event time. You can buy additional hours for earlier start but cannot be added past the 10:00pm ending time. $150 per hour.
I SEE THAT CEREMONIES TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE - WHAT IF IT RAINS?
mother nature may throw a curve ball, we can set your ceremony up under the 40X60 tent that is included in your rental. Or you may choose additional tenting of which must be rented through a rental company. We can refer and assist you with this.
MAY I CHOOSE MY OWN VENDORS?
Yes, we welcome licensed vendors of your choice. We can refer and assist you with this.
Can your staff assist in design and planning?
Absolutely! We would love to assist in making your vision come alive. We are accredited design and planning professionals with many years of experience.
