Mountain Edge is available for event rentals from May through early October (weather permitting). While May and October can be unpredictable in the PNW, June through September are more consistent. We offer *Peak Season Pricing* that stays the same throughout, allowing us to work together on customized packages that maximize your budget and minimize the hassle of juggling multiple contracts and vendors.
2026 Season Pricing (June, July, August & September)
(May & October, weather permitting)
$5150.00- Monday through Sunday, all season long! + applicable tax
Rental Period: 12 hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including set-up time)
Includes 1-hour prearranged rehearsal
Additional hours: $125 per hour
Rehearsal Dinners: Can be hosted on Thursday or Friday before your event for $150.00 (2 hours).
This includes tables, chairs, staff, and basic linens. You provide the food, or we can recommend caterers.
Event Timeline:
Last call and last dance by 9:30 PM, with time for sendoff and vendor exit by 10:00 PM.
You will check out with the site manager before leaving to ensure everything is in order.
Reservations:
A non-refundable $1,500 reservation fee, applied to your balance, is required to secure your date.
Balance is due 60 days before the event.
Event insurance is required, especially if alcohol is served (due 30 days prior).
Guest Count:
Events over 150 guests may incur an additional facility fee, discussed and calculated at the time of contract.
Rental Includes:
Use of a 40’ x 80’ white tent, 60” round tables, and chairs for up to 150 guests. (Additional fees apply for extra guests.)
Rectangle tables for buffet, gifts, sign-in, desserts, plus cocktail tables.
Ceremony and reception sites, onsite parking, and spacious suites for both wedding parties (with private bathrooms, garment racks, mirrors, and space for food and drinks).
Extras:
Save money and simplify your planning by renting our additional items: base linens, French oak wine barrels, table décor, votives, lanterns, fabric draping, and more. We also offer in-house planning and design services to make your day even smoother!

When Can I Visit the Venue?
Venue showings are by appointment only, with both weekday and weekend options available. To schedule a showing, call us at 206-501-8817 or email info@mountainedge.net.
Will My Requested Date Be Held for Me?
We only hold dates for contracts that are out for review. Once you request a contract, it will be emailed to you for review, holding the venue for 48 hours. If we don’t receive a signed contract and deposit within that time, the date will be released back to the public.
How Do I Book a Date?
To secure your date, we require a $1,500 deposit along with a signed contract.
Is My Deposit Refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
What’s Included in the Rental Fee?
We provide 16 round tables (60”), 4 rectangular tables (6’), 150 white padded folding chairs, and 4 full-size French white oak wine barrels. The rental also includes a bridal suite with a private bathroom and a men’s ready area.

Do You Offer Linens?
We have a selection of standard tablecloths in white, ivory, and black, as well as cloth napkins (in a variety of colors), overlays, and chair sashes available for an additional fee. We also have a healthy inventory table decor, a white arbor, and a white frame for hanging large signs. Our design staff will gladly work with you to accommodate your needs.

Can I Provide My Own Linens?
If you choose not to use our linens, you’ll need to rent them, and your day-of contact will be responsible for arranging them with your décor.

What Are the Rental Hours?
The rental includes 10 hours, covering setup and event time. You can purchase additional hours for an earlier start at $150 per hour, but the event must end by 10:00 PM.
What If It Rains?
If Mother Nature surprises us with rain, we can set up your ceremony under our included 40x60 tent. If you need additional tenting, it must be rented through a rental company, and we can provide referrals and assistance.
Can I Choose My Own Vendors?
Yes, we welcome licensed vendors of your choice and can assist you with recommendations and coordination.
