Tips On How To Choose The Perfect Wedding Venue

Choosing the right wedding venue is one of the most important decisions you will make for your special day. Your guests will be looking to see what type of event you are having, and they will judge whether or not it's a good event by where it is taking place. If you want to impress them and have an unforgettable night, then take some time to read this article!

It's important to find a venue that fits your needs. In some cases, you may want an outdoor wedding but be limited on time of year due to weather restrictions. If this is the case then look for venues with different styles like indoor and outdoor so that you can pick based off what works best for you!

The next thing to consider are how many guests will be attending which also has certain requirements; if it’s going to 500+ people you'll need more space than someone who is inviting 20-30 people. The most popular locations for weddings today usually have set capacities - 50+, 200+, 300+ etc., make sure there is enough room before booking too far in advance as seating arrangements at smaller events could change.

In many cases, weddings will happen during the summer and an outdoor wedding venue in Enumclaw might be a great choice!

Remember Your Budget

"It's more than just how much renting the space will cost," says Kline-Weichelt, since venues with in-house catering (like hotels) will charge a price-per-plate. "Décor and floral design will also drive the cost up." Know how much your total budget is, as well as approximately what your design will cost to execute. If adding that on top of the cost of using the space blows your budget out of the water, you'll either need to scale back your design or look at more affordable spaces. Adds Olsen, "Break down your overall budget by category, prioritizing more funds for vendors that are a higher priority.

If you select your venue first, and then realize it's more than you should have allocated, it's an uphill battle to stay within your budget when you still have a dozen other people to hire."

If you're on a strict budget, then the venue might be just one consideration.

One thing to consider before booking is what items will cost more than others; for instance, if your wedding cake costs $500 and the rental fee includes tables & chairs but not linens or dinnerware - you'll have to purchase those separately. You should also take into account how much parking there will be available at different venues so that guests are comfortable and able to find their way around easily.

Do Your Research!

It's important to do research in advance of making any commitments when it comes down to picking out your perfect location. It can save time (and stress!) later on because sometimes it takes months from signing an agreement.

Hopefully you enjoyed learning about some tips on how to choose the right wedding venue!
